777bs Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777bs" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service available at 777bs.asia, operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 777bs or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration and identity verification on the 777bs platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 777bs account that are immediately available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under the 777bs international gaming licence conditions.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the 777bs platform.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct listed under Section 9 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and bonus abuse.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 777bs Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between 777bs and the Player. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 777bs platform, the Player unconditionally accepts and is legally bound by all terms contained herein.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. Pakistani players are advised to read these Terms fully before proceeding. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

777bs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via the platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 777bs platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a violation of these Terms for any person under the age of 21 to register an account, make a deposit, or place a wager on the platform. 777bs takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be voided, and the matter may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority.

All new accounts are subject to mandatory CNIC-based age verification as part of the KYC process. Real-money wagering will not be permitted until age verification is successfully completed. 777bs may request additional documentation at any time to confirm identity and age.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with 777bs. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether identified by name, CNIC number, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777bs reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonuses credited to those accounts, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation. Only the first-registered account may be reinstated at 777bs's sole discretion.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

Players must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, including their full legal name as it appears on their CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension. Accounts with unverified contact details may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.

Account Security

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 777bs account login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. 777bs strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts, which is available from the account security settings following the first successful login.

The Player must not share their account credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access their account, or use any automated system or software to log in or place bets on their behalf. Any wager placed from a Player's account is deemed to have been placed by the account holder, regardless of whether the account was accessed by a third party with or without the Player's knowledge.

If a Player suspects their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify 777bs immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 777bs will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of the account and a full security audit.

Deposits & Payment Methods

777bs accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and authorised Cash Deposit channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. 777bs reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. 777bs does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation. 777bs does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the Player's own name and matching the method used for deposits where technically possible. 777bs does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.1 KYC Verification Requirement

Full KYC verification — including CNIC submission and confirmation — is required before any withdrawal may be processed. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds regardless of account balance. 777bs may also request additional documentation for larger withdrawal amounts, including proof of source of funds.

6.2 Processing Times

Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 24 hours of request submission during standard operating hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. 777bs reserves the right to extend processing time for additional verification checks on withdrawals it deems to require further review, in which case the Player will be notified.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's verified Real Money Balance at the time of request.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus must be forfeited before a withdrawal of the Real Money Balance can be processed.
• Deposits made via a particular method must be returned via the same method before alternative withdrawal channels are used, where technically possible.
• 777bs reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of PKR 50,000 or more.

Bonuses & Promotions

777bs offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published with each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and validity periods. The general principles below apply to all 777bs bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are transferred to the Real Money Balance and become withdrawable.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered at the stated multiple on eligible casino games. Sports bets placed with bonus funds may have separate conditions.
• Bonuses not claimed within their stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account.
• Attempting to withdraw a Real Money Balance while a bonus wagering requirement is active will result in the forfeit of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive promotional offers but remain eligible to claim any publicly available bonuses.

Games, Betting Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the 777bs platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game reflect the actual configured values for that title on the 777bs platform.

Sports betting on 777bs — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other markets — is governed by the specific sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided by 777bs at its sole discretion. 777bs reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently where there is evidence of match-fixing, data errors, or technical malfunction.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a gaming session, 777bs will attempt to reconstruct the session from server records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet or wager may be voided and the stake refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance. 777bs is not liable for losses resulting from game interruptions caused by the Player's internet connection or device.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777bs platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer casino game or sportsbook betting market.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Making false deposit claims, initiating payment chargebacks without genuine basis, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using low-risk strategies specifically designed to exploit wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for promotional offers.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the platform in any way not explicitly authorised by 777bs.
• Underage Gambling: Registering an account or facilitating an account for a person under 21 years of age.
• Money Laundering: Using the 777bs platform as a mechanism for money laundering or any other financial crime. 777bs complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under its international gaming licence.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access other Players' accounts, reverse-engineer the platform, or exploit technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.

Responsible Gaming

777bs is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform recognises that for a small percentage of players, gambling can become problematic, and it has invested in a comprehensive set of tools to support Players who need to manage their gambling activity. All responsible gaming tools are available without restriction to any account holder at any time.

10.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their 777bs account.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods. Once the limit is reached, further real-money play is restricted until the period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from the platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account is restricted from deposits and gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion from 6 months up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the selected period and cannot be lifted at the Player's request before expiry.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777bs platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphical assets, text, trademarks, logos, and the platform architecture — is the intellectual property of 777bs or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 777bs platform content.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777bs platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon closure or suspension of the Player's account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777bs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if 777bs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777bs does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777bs makes no warranty regarding the outcome of any game or bet placed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination & Account Closure

Players may close their 777bs account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and any minimum withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances and wagering requirement progress will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

777bs reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached these Terms or any specific game rules;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Account closure is required by regulatory instruction or applicable law;
• The Player is identified as being under 21 years of age.

In cases of account closure for breach of Terms, 777bs may withhold balances pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that funds have been obtained through fraudulent activity, those funds will be returned to the relevant payment institution or relevant authority.

Amendments to These Terms

777bs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777bs will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to the registered account address. Non-material updates — such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes — may be published without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the 777bs international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between 777bs and a Player, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: The Player must first submit a formal complaint to 777bs customer support, providing a clear description of the issue, relevant account details, and any supporting documentation. 777bs will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint, the matter may be escalated to 777bs senior management for independent review within the organisation.
